Role Overview
- Ensure seamless integration of Product Family services at site level
- Coordinate site-specific risk assessments and compliance checks
- Translate enterprise integration requirements into practical site procedures for new sites
- Acts as the primary liaison for company Merger and Acquisition team
- Lead Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Subsidiary Durability efforts for the Product Family
- Facilitate company expansion through the leasing process
- Develop and maintain site activities that impact Product Family
- Coordinate the service integration at new sites within the Domestic United States
- Maintain a centralized repository of Boeing sites within the Domestic United States that identifies key security leader/focal and associated critical Security & Fire Operations requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management for both small and large projects
- 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
- 1+ years of experience with Security & Fire Protection or uniformed security policies, procedures, disciplines and requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions
- Experience with artificial intelligence and data analytics
