Own and drive the strategy for targeted, personalized ABM programs to acquire and grow high-value accounts
Design, scale, and operationalize an ABM engine that connects brand, demand, and sales into a single motion, at global and regional level
Responsible for the design and execution of Smartsheet's ABM strategy, aligned to the overall marketing and sales goals
Evangelize ABM and communicate performance across Marketing and Sales leadership to drive clear strategic alignment and understanding of approach and results
Achieve account and segment pipeline and engagement goals through account based marketing strategies and tactics
Develop highly relevant messaging for single accounts and account clusters
Create and execute integrated ABM programs via insight intelligence, digital marketing, email, prospecting, direct mail, events and web bespoke tactics
Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing teams to orchestrate 1:1 & 1:Few account messaging, outreach and penetration
Use predictive marketing, CRM and marketing automation tools to monitor and orchestrate ABM outreach
Analyze ABM program performance, defining and tracking key performance metrics and measuring ROI to continuously optimize the ABM strategy
Provide sales teams with relevant playbooks, collateral, and training to maximize program impact.
Coordinate with client-facing teams to gather feedback, adjust tactics, and synchronize outreach efforts.
Partner across Marketing (Product, Content, Digital, Field etc) to embed ABM best practices into global campaigns, launches, and customer expansions.

Requirements
12 + years experience in B2B Marketing
5+ years experience in focused ABM marketing
Extensive B2B marketing experience across a variety of mediums, from developing messaging platforms to creating persuasive copy for email, direct mail, digital ads, SDR scripts and marketing assets
Strategic thinking and planning competency, with the capacity to develop and execute a comprehensive ABM strategy.
Data analysis and interpretation skills, allowing you to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in account data.
Ability to understand what’s important to multiple buyer personas, including senior decision-makers, and developing tailored messaging and collateral designed to resonate with them
Proven track record of designing and scaling multi-channel ABM programs that deliver measurable revenue impact.
Deep understanding of sales alignment, buyer journey orchestration, and the interplay between brand, content, and demand.
Experience with ABM intent tools, Salesforce, Marketo and predictive analytics tools
Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
Ability to evaluate and navigate complex problems with multiple, evolving variables
Communication and influence – must be an energetic and passionate with ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve ABM goals
Prior experience and success in leading high performing teams
Results–oriented with a passion for performance measurement and analytics
Ability to manage through multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
Must be legally eligible to work in the US on an ongoing basis.
