Role Overview
- Create catalog coverages: standard configuration templates for all risk types by generating insurer contracts
- Verify the consistency of configurations and identify any errors
- Support, review and secure calculation sheets
- Perform bulk consistency checks
- Gather requirements, prepare and test IT changes
Requirements
- Diploma preferred, ideally equivalent to Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary qualification)
- 3 to 5 years' experience in provident/group insurance
- Strong aptitude for managing complex cases
- Assess the compliance of incapacity and disability claims
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
