Support in first-level service regarding maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, etc) and network setup (VPN, access/user management, debugging, etc.)
Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating tickets, as-built documentation, processes.
Contribute to maintaining and enhancing our Service Management tool.
Support in preparing technical and financial reports
Support in scheduling planning projects and tasks.
Requirements
High IT/OT affinity
Be self-disciplined and structured in mind and in action
Currently enrolled in a relevant university program (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field)
Basic understanding of OT network concepts, handling VPN, NATing
Good written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
Hands-on experience in a related field is a plus but not required
