Associate Vice President – Client Engagement

Role Overview

• Serve as the primary operator of client engagements
• Translate advisory direction into coordinated action
• Maintain continuity across all stakeholders
• Ensure consistent delivery of a high-touch family office experience
• Act as a secondary point of contact for clients
• Participate in all client communications
• Prepare and deliver client communications
• Ensure clients experience a seamless, proactive, and highly organized advisory relationship
• Translate high-level advisory direction into clear action items
• Coordinate across multiple disciplines including tax strategy and compliance
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on objectives
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of client engagements
• Oversee the completion of all client deliverables
• Collaborate closely with the Client Operations Associate

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in:
• Wealth management
• Multi-family office
• Private client advisory
• Investment operations or financial planning
• Strong understanding of:
• Financial planning concepts
• Tax strategy coordination
• Estate planning structures (trusts, LLCs, etc.)
• Investment vehicles and capital flows
• Experience participating in client-facing engagements
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities

Preferred

• Active license (Series 65 or equivalent) or ability to obtain
• Professional designations (CFP®, CPA, EA, CPWA®, JD, or similar)
• Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
