Responsible for scaling new customer acquisition in a structured, creative, and profitable way
Analyze existing Meta Ads structure and identify levers for profitable growth
Develop a scalable Meta strategy for testing, budget allocation, and account structure
Support the operational implementation of campaigns
Evaluate performance using KPIs such as CAC, MER, and ROAS
Establish a structured creative testing system
Develop new hooks, angles, claims, ad concepts, and creative hypotheses
Translate paid-social learnings into requirements for landing pages and shop optimizations
Support scaling Google Ads as a second relevant performance channel
Conduct performance reviews and derive concrete action plans

Several years of performance marketing experience with D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands
Proven track record scaling Meta Ads — ideally in accounts with significant monthly spend
Understanding of creative strategy and how successful paid-social creatives are developed
Strong with numbers and able to translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
Experience collaborating with agencies, creatives, designers, editors, or creators
Self-directed, structured, and entrepreneurial
Senior enough to prepare decision proposals, challenge assumptions, and set clear priorities
