Identify, select and technically evaluate startups in the bioeconomy and agri-food tech sectors.
Provide strategic support and coaching to startup teams at various stages of development.
Participate in initiating and designing joint projects between startups and partners.
Maintain and develop relationships with startups, partners, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate on the further development of RootCamp's programmes, formats and innovation environment.
Represent RootCamp at trade shows and networking events.
Requirements
Several years of relevant professional experience in a startup, innovation or business environment.
Experience working with startups and in project-based collaborations, accelerators, corporate innovation, or founding your own company.
Ability to structure complex topics and reconcile different interests.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Independent and responsible working style with strategic thinking.
Located in, or willing to relocate to, the Hanover region on a long-term basis.
