Take on the business-technical architecture responsibility for cross-functional business processes
Analyze and translate business requirements into target processes, business capabilities, data models and integration requirements
Coordinate with business units and ensure a scalable, end-to-end architecture (including CRM, ERP, MDM, DMS, reporting)
Model and evaluate end-to-end processes and identify dependencies between systems, data and organizational units
Contribute to shaping target states for integration architecture, data flows, interfaces and APIs together with Enterprise Architecture, IT and Product Owners
Advance requirements management and business process management with a focus on actionable requirements
Participate in architecture decisions, including assessing impacts on technology, operations, compliance, data quality and scalability
Support the harmonization of processes and master data across business areas and countries
Requirements
Several years of experience at the interface between business and IT (e.g., Business Architect, Business Analyst, Enterprise/Solution Architect) with solid expertise in requirements management and business process analysis and management
Experience translating business requirements into holistic target pictures (business capabilities, processes, data and integration models) and a good understanding of modern integration architectures and core systems (CRM, ERP, MDM), including data and interfaces
Ability to structure complex business and technical issues and present them in a decision-ready manner; ideally experience in regulated service environments
Knowledge of common platforms and tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, MDM, DMS and integration solutions) and modeling methods is desirable
