Operate with a high degree of technical autonomy, owning organizational development (OD) metrics management and supporting decision-making through data analysis and evidence of the impact of development initiatives.
Requirements
Solid experience in Learning & Development (L&D) / Organizational Development (OD);
Experience managing and analyzing organizational development and learning metrics;
Experience managing complex projects, including scope, schedule, cost, risks and coordination with multiple stakeholders;
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making orientation;
Autonomy, critical thinking and the ability to prioritize in dynamic environments;
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence at different levels of the organization;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
