We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to develop and grow our portfolio of major client accounts in France.
Manage our largest French clients and help them achieve their goals by serving as an expert in recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a customer-focused handover and a powerful onboarding experience that prepares clients for success using our products and services.
Understand customers’ success drivers and work to meet their needs.
Use your analytical skills to monitor recruitment campaign progress, identify and anticipate issues, and resolve them proactively.
Own account development and growth targets within the company.
Mentor a Customer Success Manager on the French team.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to build strong relationships
A passion for delivering high-quality customer service and for building lasting relationships with prospects and existing clients
A continuous improvement mindset
Strong work ethic, motivation and passion, and solid organizational skills
Strong digital and technical skills, with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns
Fluency in French and English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of the French online recruitment advertising market, ideally with knowledge of CPC (cost-per-click) models and pricing
