Role Overview

• Develop litigation strategy for insurance coverage disputes
• Conduct complex and rigorous legal research and analysis
• Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage advice
• Supervise and participate in mediation and settlement
• Draft and review legal documents and correspondence

Requirements

• Admission to practice in either New York or New Jersey
• At least three years of experience in commercial litigation or in-house experience with liability insurance policies
• Excellent academic credentials
