About this role
Role Overview
Manage customer complaints, determining whether the issue is due to improper application or a manufacturing defect;
Be responsible for processing warranty requests in accordance with company policies and guidelines;
Prepare the Technical Report for warranties requested by distributors and/or customers, and evaluate and negotiate the amounts charged in warranty claims;
Oversee the receipt and shipment flow of warranty parts, performing follow-up to ensure delivery of warranty items;
Conduct technical trainings and presentations about the company’s products for defined target audiences to promote products/brands and technical updates;
Provide technical guidance to the team on technical activities and projects related to their processes, engaging relevant departments and contributing technical solutions;
Develop technical documentation (product implementation and maintenance manuals);
Prepare and consolidate information, reports, KPIs and presentations on the warranty process to support decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, or other fields relevant to the role;
Training or knowledge in Negotiation;
Experience in the automotive sector with Technical Assistance, Maintenance and/or Sales;
Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH)
Category B;
Availability for frequent travel within the area of operation (interior of São Paulo);
Technical knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance (trucks/buses/semitrailers);
