Role Overview

• Understand how listings, keywords, ads, and account health work together
• You’re comfortable updating titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images
• You work from checklists, SOPs, and clean processes
• You know where to find listing quality reports, suppression alerts, account health notifications, and case history
• You understand how keywords, content, and conversion work together
• You communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and escalate blockers early
• You care more about getting it right than being right
• You stay organized, keep track of moving pieces, and don’t let things slip

Requirements

• Proof you can execute
• A systems-first operations mindset
• Real fluency in Amazon Seller Central
• Strong instincts for SEO, keywords, and listing performance
• Advertising awareness (without black-hat behaviour)
• Data accuracy you take personally
• Calm, collaborative, and low-ego
• Detail-oriented under real pressure
• Nice to have (but not required) experience with Walmart Seller Center or other marketplaces
