About this role
Role Overview
You support our customers in their day-to-day operations.
You install software components on our customers' systems.
You analyze program logs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
You assist with customizing our software.
You analyze data and create backups.
Requirements
You work reliably and are customer
and solution-oriented.
You are communicative and have good German language skills.
You are flexible and team-oriented.
Ideally, you have experience with Linux, databases, or SQL.
