Serve as the main point of contact for clients, third-party vendors, and internal departments on all matters related to marketplace media (Retail Media).
Maintain daily communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and campaign success.
Develop and execute marketplace media strategies, including strategic roadmaps and testing plans.
Analyze performance results and deliver actionable insights to clients.
Translate client objectives into campaign strategies and tactics, unlocking value and efficiency in execution.
Apply analytical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns and maximize performance.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in retail media, preferably within an agency environment.
Experience in Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, VTEX Ads, or Topsort Experience with Shein, AliExpress, Privalia and TikTok Shop GMV Max is a plus.
Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to lead conversations, build relationships, and inspire confidence.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of delivering actionable insights and measurable results.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and comfortable with the Office or Google Docs suite (Word and PowerPoint).
Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to hold conversations with international teams.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
