Proactively maintain JDA forecasts, analyze data and report findings
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Supply to plan new product transitions, promotional activity, network disaggregation and develop market trend analysis on product and Customer forecasts
Assist in preparation for monthly Sales and Operations Planning meeting
Lead or support continuous improvement projects to achieve 99% customer fill rates
Responsible for Individual Performance Metrics
Ability to analyze data and report findings
Requirements
BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related experience
3-5 years of Supply Chain experience
Knowledge of JDA Manugistics & SAP preferred
Basic financial skills
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Ability to lead, coach and train peers
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Strong Ability to Problem Solve
Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels
Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills
