Provide project management support for Change Management clinical initiatives, including sandbox, learning labs, and end-to-end clinical workflow activities
Oversee and support development and review of sandbox scenarios and workflows (simple, complex, and comprehensive)
Develop and maintain CM artifacts, reports, executive-level briefings, communications, meeting agendas, and meeting notes
Support identification, tracking, and mitigation of risks and issues using EHRM-IO EUEA processes
Maintain workstream standard operating procedures, schedules, shared mailboxes, and related documentation
Coordinate logistics for workstream events, including learning labs and onsite activities
Track and manage user provisioning status for sandbox and related environments
Support onboarding and training of Sandbox Analysts and other team members
Collaborate with CM teams, EUEA teams, Oracle Health, VHA, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in CM approach and execution
Ensure deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards, and align with program objectives
Requirements
10+ years of professional work experience
Experience managing Information Technology–related projects
Strong understanding of project lifecycle and project management methodologies
Experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics
Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related scientific/technical discipline
An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirements
Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
Experience implementing or supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
