Lead client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention across multiple channels
Oversee campaign and project delivery, ensuring best practice and production excellence
Support the team with complex projects and escalated delivery issues
Present and lead client presentations, offering strategic counsel and guidance
Proactively identify opportunities to grow the account and improve ways of working
Ensure accurate forecasting and resource planning
Manage and develop direct reports, providing training and support
Track and reconcile projects and campaigns, ensuring profitability and timely delivery
Estimate and invoice projects accurately, managing third-party costs
Collaborate with the Global VP to monitor client revenue and business growth
Integrate AI-based project management and collaboration tools to improve planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
Leverage AI-enabled analytics and client management platforms to deliver actionable insights, personalise client solutions, and enhance the overall client experience
Drive adoption of new client management tools and platforms
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in client services within a creative, production or marketing business
Experience line-managing junior team members
Strategic campaign and project planning
Decision-making and problem-solving
Excellent relationships with key clients and stakeholders
