Requirements
Minimum 7 years’ experience in B2B sales in solar, energy storage, or cleantech
A robust personal network of EPCs, installers, and partners ready to engage
Strong sales track record, with clear evidence of independently closing complex, high-value deals
Deep technical knowledge of residential battery storage systems (string inverter experience is a plus)
Fluency in German and English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with a passion for customer success
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels
Strong team player with a focus on internal collaboration to ensure alignment and efficiency across departments
