Serve as a strategic partner to Government Services leaders to improve organizational efficiency and operational excellence via systems, tools, and processes
Lead integration of programs, strategies, processes, and metrics to enable business objectives and measure progress
Drive innovative ways of working that engage a globally distributed workforce
Identify and lead special projects and major process improvement efforts to increase affordability and efficiency
Prepare executive briefings and lead responses to senior leadership data calls
Requirements
3+ years of people management experience
7+ years applying Program Management Best Practices or in roles requiring strong project/program management skills
Experience leading through influence with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
Experience working with geographically distributed workforces
Experience building, developing, and promoting talent while championing new ways of working aligned to Boeing values
