Recruitment Partner – UK & Overseas

Role Overview

• Oversee and support recruitment activity across the UK and internationally
• Work closely with hiring managers to navigate recruitment processes
• Run recruitment end to end
• Provide comprehensive recruitment administration support
• Own and manage relationships with external recruitment partners
• Research and support international recruitment
• Manage the annual summer internship programme
• Partner with People Team to support diversity and inclusion
• Act as system champion for ATS and stay updated with recruitment trends

Requirements

• Strong recruitment experience
• Great people skills – confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organisation skills
• Proactive, self-starting approach
• Previous recruitment experience (essential)
• Experience of international recruitment (desirable)
• Experience of producing recruitment data/reports (desirable)
