Proactive management and development of our existing SMB customer base (approx. 9,000 customers)
Identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing portfolio
Independent acquisition of new customers in the SMB segment (inbound & outbound)
Qualification and development of leads
Close collaboration with partner agencies for lead generation and lead development
Supporting our partners in marketing our hosting and cloud solutions
Management and maintenance of your sales pipeline in the CRM system
Conducting digital consultations and presentations
Participation in lead-generation campaigns (e.g., webinars, trade shows, events)
Ownership of the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing
Requirements
Sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment (e.g., SaaS, hosting, cloud, or IT services)
Affinity for digital products and a basic understanding or initial experience in hosting, cloud, or web environments (e.g., domains, websites, servers, email solutions)
Enjoyment of proactive customer outreach, lead qualification, and closing
Structured working style and confident use of CRM systems
Strong communication skills – on the phone, in video calls, and in writing
Self-initiative and reliability in day-to-day work
Excellent German language skills (English is a plus but not required)
Nice to have: experience working with partners or agencies
Some initial exposure to lead generation or campaign work
