Plan and execute the territory strategy to maximize performance and sustainable growth in the region.
Conduct consultative visits and interactions with neurologists and neuroimmunology specialists, including general neurologists when applicable.
Maintain technical and scientific discussions, ensuring high-level communication appropriate to the client profile.
Map opportunities within the territory, prioritizing actions focused on the private market while maintaining visibility of the broader local ecosystem.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating strong influencing skills and account management capabilities.
Implement the activity plan (visits, events, and educational initiatives) aligned with internal guidelines and the needs of the territory.
Monitor execution and performance indicators, adjusting routes and priorities to achieve targets and ensure quality coverage.
Operate with excellence in compliance, ensuring alignment with Novartis policies, processes, and ethical standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferably in health-related fields, sciences, or business/management).
Previous experience in medical detailing / consultative sales within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong results orientation.
Ability to discuss scientific content with specialists, communicating clearly, concisely, and with technical credibility.
Experience in territory management and in managing relationships with accounts/reference centers.
Availability for frequent travel within the region.
