Support and implementation of a commercial excellence toolbox by example for: Customer Insight Management, Market Sizing Models, Customer Journey Development.
Establishment and further development of Commercial Excellence Methodologies to sustainably increase the performance of Marketing and CRM software (Salesforce).
Partner with regional change owners and market teams to align on adoption strategies, goals, best practices and targets, and continuously track the success of our digital solutions.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and pipeline growth, to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
Plan and Rollout new commercial and digital to local markets to foster adoption.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and experience in Digital roles is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the competence to conduct data-driven analysis and measure success
3-5 years of experience in as program/project manager, ability to operate in cross-functional teams
Solid project and program management capabilities, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A strategic and creative thinker who partners with markets to develop impactful, localized adoption measures, while having a proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for driving change and transformation
Result driven – confident, thrives on hard work and consistent challenge
Fluent in English.
