- Providing customer support through inbound phone and email interactions

- Addressing customer concerns using a solution-oriented and professional approach
- Delivering a customer experience aligned with premium retail standards
- Documenting interactions in designated systems as required for service delivery
- Following general service guidelines while adapting communication to meet individual customer needs
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in French
- Strong professional-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in customer service, call center support, or customer-facing roles
- Retail or e-commerce experience preferred
- Comfortable managing both phone and written customer interactions
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet, private workspace suitable for voice interactions
