Maintain accurate and up to date Human Resources files, records, and documentation
Monitor the onboarding process from start to finish for his or her assigned area of responsibility, including but not limited to curating and sending offer letters, initiating and monitoring the background check process, new hire documentation, I-9 compliance, among other routine tasks
Monitor and complete verifications of employment, wage verifications and audits, and unemployment requests upon receipt
Assist with all acquisitions, as requested
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and through various other forms of regular correspondence
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Human Resources Assistant, Intern, or Coordinator is preferred
Experience in ADP is preferred
