About this role
Role Overview
- Support the company's goals program management;
- Organize, monitor, and control performance indicators;
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards;
- Consolidate and validate results;
- Support goal cycles (definition, monitoring, and settlement);
- Manage goals within the platform (LG);
- Provide operational support for periodic performance evaluations;
- Assist managers and business areas with questions about indicators and goals;
- Support the calculation of individual results for variable compensation;
- Contribute to the organization and governance of departmental information;
- Occasionally participate in trainings and provide support related to the topic.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields);
- Intermediate Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.);
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning;
- Organized with attention to detail;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks;
- Previous experience with indicators or goals;
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- Experience with management systems (e.g., LG);
- Experience in performance, planning, or controllership areas;
- Knowledge of variable compensation;
- Experience working with large volumes of data.
