Role Overview
- Responsible for the successful on-boarding experience for large cases
- Managing all new case and new product submissions requests
- Providing best practices for new case and add product submission
- Proactively gathering all submission document information
- Collaborating effectively with Sales Representatives and Advisors
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of Group Benefits Insurance experience and knowledge
- Post-secondary and/or applicable work/insurance experience
- Client facing relations and problem resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) is a nice-to-have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Systems and Applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)
