Role Overview
- Build and maintain targeted prospecting lists using Google Docs and other tools
- Send follow-up emails to prospects to book and confirm appointments
- Conduct warm outreach calls with past and current prospects
- Update and manage CRM (Zoho) with accurate notes, follow-ups, and activity tracking
- Coordinate and manage the sales calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling
- Assist with administrative tasks to support daily sales operations
- Collaborate with the sales lead to improve outreach and follow-up strategies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar sales support role
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable making warm outreach calls and engaging prospects
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho or similar)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Slack, and Microsoft Office
- Experience in data entry and list building
- Background in digital marketing or agency environments
