About this role

Provides expert level IT technical lead services and direction for critical software projects
Ensures the viability of IT deliverables
Identifies potential solutions and approves technical solutions proposed by team members
Communicates with key stakeholders on project issues
Maintains a current knowledge of IT development methodology
Participates in design, code, and test inspections throughout product life cycle

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
3+ years of hands‑on development experience building and operating data platforms or large‑scale data pipelines
Some marketing data domain knowledge
Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
Understanding of big data and streaming architectures
Strong grounding in modern engineering practices
Experience with cloud‑native data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proficiency in data engineering and analytics languages
Experience designing and building distributed, scalable, and resilient data pipelines
Strong product mindset
Experience designing and consuming APIs and microservices
