Compliance Analyst

Role Overview

• Conducting KYC and due diligence reviews
• Transaction monitoring, including sanctions and embargo screenings
• Operational compliance checks in a regulatory environment
• Regulatory monitoring and analysis of changes to supervisory/regulatory requirements
• Performing and documenting risk assessments
• Supporting the implementation of regulatory requirements in client projects
• Assisting with examinations, audits and internal control processes

Requirements

• Early
• to mid-level professional experience in compliance, regulatory affairs or financial services
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, e.g., EBA guidelines, BaFin notices, MaRisk, DORA, ESMA guidelines, WpIG, WpHG, MaComp
• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., Economics, Law, Finance or equivalent)
• Structured, meticulous and analytical working style
• Interest in regulatory topics and their practical implementation
• Team player with a professional and reliable demeanor
