Role Overview
- Oversee onboarding of new rental units
- Coordinate with internal team members, including offshore staff
- Manage communication with property owners and prospective tenants
- Ensure listings and unit details are accurate and up to date
- Provide a high-quality customer experience throughout the leasing process
- Track progress of units being filled and follow up as needed
- Maintain organization across multiple properties and workflows
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills with minimal to no accent
- High energy and engaging personality
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage and oversee team members
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of U.S. culture and communication expectations
- Experience in real estate, leasing, or property-related roles (preferred)
- Experience managing or coordinating remote teams (preferred)
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients (preferred)
