About this role
Role Overview
Communicate daily with global contractors
Support contractors in using the SafeContractor software
Respond to contractors' questions
Guide contractors through completing their assessment file
Follow up on contractors' files
Explain the processes required to comply with client requirements
Answer incoming calls from contractors regarding the SafeContractor system
Maintain strong relationships with contractors
Contribute to achieving department objectives according to established performance indicators
Assist with onboarding new team members
Participate in weekly departmental or cross-departmental meetings
Provide support and guidance to the R&D team
Handle client complaints and propose appropriate solutions
Contribute to improving customer service
Perform any other tasks related to the customer service function
Requirements
High school diploma (required)
Bilingual (French/English, written and spoken)
Relevant customer service experience
Comfortable with computer tools
Patience
Sense of deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Dependability and punctuality
Passion for customer service
Ability to work independently
Team player
Adaptability and tolerance for change
Strong organizational skills
Good stress and priority management
