- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM)
- 4–6 years hands-on ServiceNow development/administration
- Strong experience in CSM modules (Case Management, SLAs, Knowledge, Portals)
- End-to-end CSM implementation experience (2+ preferred)
- Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
- REST/SOAP integrations with OAuth2/SAML authentication
- Performance Analytics (KPIs, dashboards, reporting)
- Security & governance (ACLs, roles, RBAC)
