Develop and implement account plans for each facility.
Identify and foster relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
Mobilize divisional resources to anticipate and respond to customer needs.
Lead sales representatives to implement sales demand strategies.
Provide sales representatives with support and oversight to achieve sales forecasts.
Coach and develop sales representatives' careers.
Manage and coordinate appropriate resources tailored to facility level needs.
Conduct periodic field visits to develop sales representatives' selling skills.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in an applicable field is required.
3-5 Years relevant business and/or leadership experience required.
3-5 years in clinical sales, marketing, professional education, sales learning/ development, or commercial functional experience is strongly preferred.
2 years of experience coaching, mentoring, training is also required.
1-2 years of direct leadership experience of a group of employees.
Participation in a Sales Leadership Development Program and/or interim RSM role 6+ months, is preferred.
A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States is required.
The ability to travel, including overnight and/or weekends, up to 60% of the time is also required.
