Own territory execution across an Area in Italy, including account planning, customer coverage (direct, POS customers & distribution network), pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
Develop and maintain strong relationships (with our direct, POS customers & distribution network) with customer stakeholders (purchasing, engineering, program management, quality, leadership).
Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities; support design activity and conversion into revenue.
Drive commercial discussions with our direct or POS customers (working via our distribution network) and ensure disciplined follow-up and execution.
Provide market & customer intelligence (applications, trends, competitors) and translate it into focused actions.
Coordinate cross-functional resources and if needed align with the Sales Team (Distribution Sales, Key Accounts, Business Development, Customer Experience, Inside Sales) and relevant internal partners (Marketing, Quality, Logistic, Legal…) to deliver on customer needs.
Plan and coordinate activities within assigned local projects/workstreams, together with involved management and stakeholders.
Track milestones, evaluate progress, and support final acceptance of deliverables where applicable.
Requirements
Proven B2B sales / account management experience, ideally in electronic components, semiconductors, or a comparable technical/industrial environment.
Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Structured, proactive, customer-oriented approach; hands-on mentality and high accountability.
Strong communication skills in English; Italian fluency is expected.
Willingness to travel mainly within Italy.
Good knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and standard business software (MS Office).
