About this role
Role Overview
Identify, develop and close new business opportunities in the process industries and industrial sectors.
Conduct consultative sales conversations with C-level executives, plant management and operational stakeholders.
Present the TrendMiner platform and its value through live demos, proposals and compelling business cases.
Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and negotiations to successful contract closure.
Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities.
Maintain and update the pipeline in the CRM system and produce reliable sales forecasts.
Represent TrendMiner at industry events, trade shows and webinars.
Continuously gather market and customer feedback to refine the go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, industrial technologies or data analytics solutions.
Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles and experience in consultative selling.
Interest or affinity for our target industries: process industries, food & beverage, and chemical industry.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Self-motivated, results-driven work style and enjoyment of working in a dynamic scale-up environment.
Excellent written and spoken English is required; German and/or French are a plus.
