About this role

Calculate, analyze, and communicate regulated revenue requirements, rate base, earnings, taxes, and cash flow impacts
Participate in regulatory clause proceedings
Provide regulatory support for business initiatives
Ensure appropriate cost recovery mechanisms are in place
Identify potential regulatory opportunities
Effectively communicate regulatory concepts to audiences
Represent the company as a witness in regulatory proceedings

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, mathematics or other related degree
Eight (8) years minimum of related work experience for Manager position
Ten (10) years minimum of related work experience for Director position
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Keen attention to detail
Ability to influence others
Strong time management skills
Experience in utility and/or regulatory work
Experience providing testimony as an expert witness
Professional certifications such as MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent
Advanced education such as an MBA or Master’s degree.
