About this role
Role Overview
- Perform classification, reconciliation, and analysis of accounting accounts.
- Perform the calculation and recording of provisions, depreciation, amortization, and other routine journal entries.
- Prepare financial statements and accounting reports to support executive management.
- Support the monthly accounting close, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of information.
- Review and validate information from the finance, billing, tax, and payroll modules.
- Participate in implementing process improvements, automations, and standardizations within the accounting function.
- Prepare and submit ECD and ECF filings, including validation in the SPED environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in bookkeeping and account reconciliation
- Experience in chart of accounts classification and cost center allocation
- Knowledge of the Domínio ERP system
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
