About this role
Role Overview
Support mapping of market trends and emerging technologies applicable to the corporate segment
Participate in lifecycle management of connectivity products and value-added solutions for B2B customers
Collaborate on the development of technical and commercial specifications for new products and services, acting as a bridge between Engineering, Marketing and Corporate Sales
Support the execution of go-to-market activities for new products in the B2B market, including creation of support documentation, training for commercial teams and pricing analysis
Monitor and analyze product performance indicators (KPIs), proposing improvement actions to ensure competitiveness and profitability of the corporate portfolio
Assist in managing relationships with strategic technology partners to build and strengthen the B2B solutions ecosystem
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields
Experience: Previous experience in product development or product management in the technology or telecommunications sector for the corporate (B2B) market
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with connectivity technologies (Broadband, Ethernet, IP Networks, SD-WAN, MPLS, Dedicated Internet) and an IT solutions portfolio (e.g., Cloud, Unified Communications, IoT, Data Center) applied to enterprise customers
Analytical Skills: Ability to prepare market analyses, feasibility studies and business cases with a focus on B2B business
Communication: Good communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams, partners and corporate clients
Language: Intermediate English for technical reading and communication with suppliers is considered a plus
