Perform personnel/HR routines, including execution and control of payroll processes, vacations, contract terminations, timekeeping closure and eSocial submissions, as well as other ancillary obligations, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation.
Monitor and apply collective bargaining agreements, ensuring correct interpretation and implementation of union rules and agreements.
Attend to personnel/HR requests from various business units, providing technical support and guidance to internal teams as needed.
Contribute to the development, review and continuous improvement of departmental processes, with a focus on operational efficiency, quality and standardization of deliverables.
Support the preparation, analysis and presentation of area indicators and results, and perform related activities within the personnel/HR function.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting or related fields;
Experience and knowledge in payroll closing, vacations, terminations and benefits;
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
Experience with the FPw system and eSocial is a plus.
