Lead and mentor a team of HRIS analysts and specialists
Develop and execute a 3-year HR technology roadmap
Own the end-to-end Workday environment, managing configuration, integrations, business processes, and security
Lead the optimization of Workday modules
Ensure integrity, security, and privacy of HR data
Develop advanced dashboards and reporting for senior leadership
Lead planning and execution of Workday's feature releases
Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Manage HRIS vendor relationships

7+ years of progressive HRIS experience
3+ years of hands-on, end-to-end Workday implementation and administration experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
Expert knowledge of Workday configuration and multiple systems integrations
Advanced Compensation and Payroll experience preferred
Proven experience in leading large-scale HRIS transformations or system implementations in a global environment
Strong understanding of integrations and data management tools
Workday Certified Professional (Core HCM or other modules) preferred
