About this role
Role Overview
- Oversee the County’s Enterprise Resource Planning product suite (SAP)
- Manage relationships with outside vendors
- Set departmental goals, timelines, and priorities of work
- Supervise and evaluate staff
- Ensure licensing compliance under SAP authority
- Manage and plan all budget-related processes for the ERP department
- Provide education about ERP team services across the County
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university plus 12 years’ experience in information technology
- Eight (8) years of experience supporting ERP systems, including four (4) years of ERP supervisory experience
- Experience leading at least one large-scale ERP implementation
