Role Overview
- Leads the development and implementation of pharmacy clinical strategies
- Provides clinical support for medication management
- Manages inventory systems for medication compliance
- Develops department goals aligned with patient care and regulatory compliance
- Ensures policies and staff training meet safety and quality requirements
- Conducts internal audits and prepares for external inspections
- Recruits, trains, and mentors pharmacy staff
Requirements
- BS in Pharmacy or PharmD (preferred)
- Current and unrestricted pharmacist license by Florida Board of Pharmacy
- Minimum seven years pharmacy experience
- At least one year of oncology pharmacy experience
- Three years of pharmacy management experience
