About this role

Respond to technical inquiries about our standard products
Analyze contracts, quotes and estimates for our sales representatives, clients (contractors) and distributors to determine pricing
Follow up on projects with external sales representatives and distributors, etc.
Prepare pricing and quotations
Perform data entry in an integrated manufacturing management system
Provide efficient and prompt service to customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
Enter orders

DEC (College Diploma) in Administration or equivalent experience
2–3 years of customer service experience in the manufacturing sector, direct sales to municipalities, or working with contractors
Experience in lighting or electrical fields is an asset
Fluent spoken and written English
Experience with integrated manufacturing management systems (MRP/ERP), e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX (asset)
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite

Approximately 90% remote work: telecommuting with 10% on-site work in Terrebonne
