Requirements
Adjacent Cx Industry Experience or Healthcare Sales Experience (both preferred but not required)
Experience leading complex sales cycles with a record of accurately forecasting and closing large deals ($100k-$500k ACV) including multiple stakeholders, geographies, and departments.
Experience understanding customer needs and creating solutions using our products to solve their biggest challenges.
Experience communicating, negotiating, and closing with customer executives and stakeholders.
Experience building pipeline at or above 3X quota and capturing new business logos.
5+ years of sales success selling into healthcare industry and related accounts.
Experience leading complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
Experience using MEDDPICC or similar deal qualification framework a plus.
BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related work experience
Ability to travel up to 50%
