Develop and execute integrated property marketing strategies across East and Central regions
Manage property marketing materials ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and application of brand standards
Build and maintain broker relationships through outreach, event programming, and engagement initiatives
Execute marketing initiatives with a digital-first approach, managing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms
Plan, manage, and execute regional broker and customer events, property tours, and sponsorships

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3 to 5+ years of marketing experience, with prior commercial real estate, office, retail, or multi-family preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data, generate reports, and translate performance metrics into actionable strategy
Expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design applications such as Figma
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across leasing, asset management, and regional leadership teams
