Role Overview
Play a key role in how Workday’s data and analytics solutions are positioned.
Lead the development of high-impact narratives that bridge the gap between Data Cloud capabilities and the enterprise data needs of the modern technology buyer.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Tier 1 event content, global partner GTM plans, and differentiated messaging.
Drive the overall partner strategy and messaging for flagship events.
Develop thought leadership topics and value metrics specifically tailored to the Office of the CIO and Chief Data Officer (CDO).
Manage high-level demo requirements and storylines with partners to effectively support the Workday field sales organization.
Collaborate with Technology and Partner Enablement teams to build a comprehensive 'Bill of Materials' (BOM).
Requirements
10-12+ years of Product Marketing experience in enterprise software (SaaS).
Proven track record in Partner Marketing, Platform Marketing, and marketing Enterprise Data Solutions.
Ability to translate complex cloud architecture, data management, and AI/ML concepts into business value for C-suite executives.
Familiarity with ERP, Financials, or HR domain data is highly preferred.
Experience presenting to and influencing senior executive stakeholders and partner leadership.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs—from partner strategy ideation to global delivery.
A 'silo-breaker' who excels at building trust across disparate teams, regions, and external partner organizations.
