Serve as the technical liaison for the highly valued customers assigned
Translate customer drawings, specification, and requests into product solutions
Understand customer application to establish tests and procedures for qualifying products
Identify opportunities to bring value to the customer
Act as the subject matter expert in Motors and Drives at customer sites
Provide leadership and timely resolution to outstanding customer issues
Support basic product tear down analysis of reliability returns for root cause and corrective action
Lead or support internal qualification efforts on customer impacting design changes

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
3-5 years of experience in HVAC, commercial appliance, commercial refrigeration, or electric motor Industry
Demonstrated organizational skills with emphasis on documentation
Ability to gather requirements, write specifications, test plans, and application notes
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong relationship and team-building skills; Including conflict resolution
Individual must be proactive, high energy and have strong problem solving skills
Strong time management skills
Willingness and Ability to learn, help, create and adapt to new technologies
Aptitude for troubleshooting computer hardware and software program issues
Ability to travel and work at a customer site for an extended period of time
