Ability to build and present a clear SEO roadmap with phased priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes
Clear communication — you explain what you're doing and why, not just what the tool says
Experience working independently without needing an internal SEO team to lean on
2–3 case studies from past clients, specifically in IT services, software, consulting, or similar B2B spaces — include before/after metrics where possible
A short Loom (or equivalent) screen recording walking us through a real audit or campaign you ran — show us how you work, what you looked at, what decisions you made
A brief roadmap outline of how you'd approach an engagement like this — tools you'd use, sequencing, how you'd prioritize issues, and how you'd measure success
